Ellie's out and her tummy has been tied up :) and she's recovering in the intensive care unit. We're not able to see her yet - they are about to do an x-ray and pull the breathing tube out then we can come in.
We spoke to the surgeon after the procedure and she said everything looked great and they had zero complications.
Now pray the lungs can be less threatened with no more spit up and aspirating, that the medicine can help and that Ellie ultimately can gain weight and have her heart repaired. A slow climb up this mountain.
