Plungers and Shoes

Ellie would like to say hello to you today, but she's made herself disappear!

Speaking of disappearing, here is what's left of some syringes we had for Ellie's feedings.  And below is "the basket" that carried around a cloth, syringe and the days' milk. One day we took her out to Walmart and in the car found this white funny looking piece of plastic.  We didn't know what in the world it was so we threw it in the Walmart garbage can.  Later realizing what it actually was (one of the handle decorative pieces), we decided it'd be best not to dig in Walmart's trash cans for it.

A lonely syringe with no purpose in life (other than to be recycled) and Ellie with a long future of eating ahead of her!

Before getting recycled, the syringes did find another use.  Julia and Xavier made them a part of their battle with foam swords.

They then became plumbers and fixed some toilets around the house.

Xavier stopped for a minute to layout another quilt - this time it's his.  Ellie couldn't be around for this one like she "helped" with the last one.  She'd have a heyday with this all these pieces!

Then it was time for Ellie to get some new shoes that fit just right for her!  No hand-me-downs for the new walker!

The even had face painting at the store that day - what fun!

"These feel good...where we goin'?"
